To promote the broad utilization of website information, all materials and resources published on the Ministry of Sports (the Ministry) website, within the scope of copyright protection, are made available to the public free of charge, on a non-exclusive basis, and with the right to sublicense. Users may reproduce, modify, edit, publicly transmit, or otherwise use these materials and resources to develop various products or services (hereinafter referred to as “value-added derivatives”), without restrictions on time or geographical location.
This authorization shall not be revoked, and users are not required to obtain prior written or other authorization from the Ministry. However, the source must be clearly acknowledged when using the information.

III.Users shall ensure that their use of the authorized materials does not infringe upon the personality right of any third party, (including the right of attribution and the right to prohibit improper alteration.)
IV.Users shall not maliciously alter any information related to the data and materials provided under this authorization. If the information presented after use is inconsistent with the original materials, the user shall bear all resulting civil and criminal liabilities.
V.This authorization does not grant users the right to represent, recommend, or endorse any value-added derivative works on behalf of this organization.
